MyIDE APT Driver and Software Suite for SpartaDOS X 4.45

What's new

Bug fixes:

- 256bps partition bug is fixed. An error in the 128 byte boot-sector handling code resulted in scrambled directories, etc. Double-density partitions should now work correctly.
- DISKINFO command using device $31 would return 512 bytes of data instead of 64. This was bad news for any application which reserved only 64 bytes for the buffer (correctly and in accordance with APT specs).
- Driver now correctly returns zero in reserved bytes in DISKINFO and DEVINFO buffers
- Help menu item in FDISK now actually displays help, rather than doing nothing

New functionality:

- MOUNT, when invoked with the "/L" switch, now displays an asterisk next to any partition which has been remounted on a different drive number or unmounted since boot-up.
- On dual hard disk setups, MOUNT will now search both the master and slave devices when mounting a partition by name. Same goes for the list function, although the device number can be specified on the command line to override this. This isn't relevant to SIDE, which has only a master device.
- When mounting a partition by its ID on a dual hard disk setup, the device number (1 or 2) may be included after the partition ID on the command line.

Cosmetic changes:

- Version numbers of applications and driver have all rolled up to 1.0.
- FDISK now uses "APT" file extension (instead of "PTB") when importing and exporting partition tables
- FDISK now consistently uses device number 1 to refer to the master IDE device (this is consistent with the master/slave numbering scheme used elsewhere in the APT spec).
